As a Massage Therapist with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering this rejuvenating experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Massage Therapist at Massage & Wellness, your essential duties will include:

- Performing professional, high-quality massages using approved modalities within your scope of practice and licensing.
- Designing tailored sessions to meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Following all Massage & Wellness policies and protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assisting in the cleanliness of the massage room to maintain a professional atmosphere.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Creating an exceptional guest experience through a friendly, helpful, and client-focused attitude.
- Ensuring reliable, on-time attendance, working scheduled shifts promptly and fully.
- Completing all SOAP notes accurately to meet local and state licensing requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Skills, and Training
Education, Skills, and Training
- A valid state massage therapy license and liability insurance.
- Experience and proficiency in performing Swedish/Relaxation and Deep Tissue massages (required).
- Commitment to ongoing education and continued education credits (preferred).
- Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
- Compliance with all applicable laws to maintain a current massage license.
Communication and Personal Interactions
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build client trust and loyalty.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to creating a positive work environment.
