Cancellation Policy

At Massage & Wellness, we value your time and strive to offer our services to as many clients as possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to another client awaiting care.

We understand that life happens, and unexpected things come up. By giving us advanced notice, you help support the smooth running of our practice and ensure that everyone has access to the healing they need. Thank you for understanding and cooperation!
